Revenues for the fourth quarter were $380.7(1) million compared to $355.7(2) million in the third quarter of fiscal 2003 and 70.8% higher than the same quarter a year ago. Gross margin was 35.6%, rising 3.0 percentage points from 32.6% in the third quarter. Operating expenses, excluding amortization of intangible assets and other charges(3), increased $9.7 million to $99.5 million compared to the third quarter.
